Before initiating any legal proceeding, arbitration, or formal dispute, you agree to first
contact Sightline and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
To initiate informal resolution, you must send a written notice describing the dispute,
including your name, contact information, and a description of the issue, through the
Feedback & questions form.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days
before commencing arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of
or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use of the Service shall be resolved
exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except as otherwise
provided below.
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE
ACTION, OR MASS ARBITRATION.
The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of
representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
- Bringing an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies;
- Seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights,
confidential information, or account security;
- Reporting concerns to applicable government agencies.
Venue
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, arbitration may be conducted remotely by
telephone, video conference, or written submissions, at the election of either party.
Survival
This Arbitration and Dispute Resolution section shall survive termination of your account,
